As teacher educators, we are actively engaged in research, teaching and service. Our faculty has numerous years of EC-16 teaching experience. Several of our faculty have been recognized as outstanding teachers, researchers, and leaders in the educational community. Our faculty publishes research in international, national, and state journals in the areas of early childhood, literacy, special education, middle-level education, curriculum and instruction, teacher education, science education, multicultural education and other education related issues.
